- End of Lease / Bond Cleaning
- Office Cleaning
- Extra services like oven, carpet, and window cleaning
- Your booked services will be confirmed before the job starts.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are based on the information you provide.
- Prices may change if the property condition is different from what was described.
- Any extra work and costs will be discussed with you first.
3. Payments
- Payment is due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
4. Property Access
- You must provide access to the property at the booked time.
- If keys or access details are needed, these must be arranged in advance.
- If we cannot access the property, a fee may apply.
5. Bond Cleaning
- Bond cleans are completed to standard real estate expectations.
- We do not guarantee bond return.
- We are not responsible for existing damage, wear and tear, stains, or mould.
6. Re-Cleans
- If there is an issue with our cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours. We may offer a free re-clean for the affected areas if the property has not been used after the service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide electricity and running water
- Remove personal belongings and rubbish unless agreed otherwise
- Keep pets secured during the clean
- Let us know about any fragile or damaged items
8. Health & Safety
- We may stop or refuse work if the property is unsafe or hazardous.
9. Damage & Liability
- We take care while cleaning your property.
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
10. Complaints
- Any complaints must be made within 48 hours of the service.
11. Privacy
- Your personal information is only used for bookings and communication and will not be shared unless required by law.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
